After pouring everything into that, I was left with little else but a blank t-shirt, a printer, and a desperate hope after seeing others succeed with something similar. Just a belief that maybe, just maybe, Glaxotee could make this work, with every last bit of determination and the shirt off Glaxotee’s own back (literally!).

Glaxotee runs things pretty simply: Direct-to-Consumer, all in-house. That means when someone places an order with Glaxotee, they’re dealing directly with the people behind the scenes—from the initial design idea (sometimes sketched on a napkin after a particularly stressful coffee) to the moment it’s packed.

Glaxotee handles everything – design, production, and packaging – because, frankly, the hard way was the only way that taught what happens when every detail isn’t in check. After that first big setback, every step truly counts. This structure keeps quality consistent and allows for order-specific adjustments.

Everything happens at Glaxotee’s workspace at 2517 Clark Ln d, Redondo Beach, CA 90278, USA. Every step is done in-house—from inspecting fabric to producing the garment to packing the order. This setup makes it easier to control quality, cut out confusion between teams, and avoid logistical nightmares.

Material Obsession (Born from Necessity)

Glaxotee partners with suppliers based in the U.S. who understand the demands of the process:

• Big Duck Canvas  provides lightweight, breathable cotton—basically like wearing a cloud.

• Fabric Wholesale Direct delivers brushed fleece and structured PE fleece for warmth and coziness.

All materials are delivered to the Redondo Beach facility where they’re checked for shrinkage, surface quality, and overall suitability. Glaxotee aims to work with reliable inputs to support better results—like shirts that are made to hold up through regular wear and washing.

The Art of Not Messing Up (Hopefully)

Stitching is monitored like a hawk’s job. Print placement is checked and rechecked. Before anything leaves the building, it undergoes quality control: fabric, shape, stitching, design alignment—even tiny hats on cats, if that’s the request. Glaxotee has learned to be extremely meticulous. For real.

Custom Orders: Glaxotee Gets It – You’re Unique

Got an idea? Glaxotee welcomes it. Customers can send designs, photos, or requests through the website or support team. Files are reviewed, best print methods are recommended (DTF, screen, etc.), and all specifics—placement, sizing, color—are confirmed before production.

Most custom orders take 1 to 2 business days. Simpler ones? They might be often even faster than expected.

Shipping: Getting Your Stuff to You (The Final Hurdle)

Once quality checks are done, Glaxotee packs the order carefully and ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx—depending on what fits best. Tracking info goes to the customer by email. Standard delivery in the U.S. estimated takes 4 to 6 business days. (Refresh away—Glaxotee does it too.)
